Job Description

Summary:
As a Contracts Administrator / Quantity Surveyor Contracts, you will be responsible for managing contracts and financial aspects of construction projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.

Job Responsibility:
- Review and negotiate contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor project financials and track costs to ensure projects are within budget.
- Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents.
- Conduct risk analysis and identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
- Resolve contract disputes and claims.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.

Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in contracts administration and quantity surveying within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction contracts, laws, and regulations.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make recommendations.
- Detail-oriented and able to work well under pressure.
