CONSTRUCTION MANAGER - MEP

Summary:
We are seeking a Construction Manager specializing in MEP with a strong background in managing residential, commercial building, and hotel projects. The ideal candidate will oversee all MEP aspects of construction projects to ensure timely and efficient completion while maintaining high quality standards.

Job Responsibility:
- Manage and supervise all MEP aspects of construction projects, including planning, coordinating, and overseeing the installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure MEP designs meet specifications and regulations.
- Establish project timelines, budgets, and resources for MEP activities to meet project deadlines and financial goals.
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect MEP work progress, quality, and safety compliance.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process related to MEP systems.
- Keep abreast of new technologies, materials, and trends in MEP construction to continuously improve project efficiency and quality.

Candidate Requirements:
- UAE/MOFA attested Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is a must. 
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager with a focus on MEP systems in residential, commercial building, and hotel projects.
- Strong knowledge of MEP codes, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure.
- Relevant certifications in MEP systems and construction management are a plus.
