CONSTRUCTION MANAGER - MEP

Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Construction Manager - MEP with a background in residential villas projects to oversee and manage all aspects of MEP construction activities.

Job Responsibility:
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to develop MEP construction plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Supervise and coordinate MEP contractors and subcontractors to ensure quality, cost-effective, and timely completion of projects.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, adherence to safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Review and approve MEP designs, specifications, and changes to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Address any technical issues, conflicts, or delays related to MEP systems and provide effective solutions.
- Ensure proper documentation and reporting of MEP activities, including progress reports, work orders, and change orders.

Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager - MEP in residential villas projects.
- In-depth knowledge of MEP systems, codes, regulations, and best practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively under pressure.
- Experience with project management software and tools is a plus.
