Construction Manager - Marine Experience

Summary:
We are looking for a Construction Manager with experience in marine projects to oversee and manage construction activities related to marine structures such as ports, wharves, and offshore platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all regulations.

Job Responsibility:
- Manage and supervise all phases of marine construction projects from planning to completion
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project progress
- Monitor project schedules and budgets to ensure deadlines and financial targets are met
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide project updates and address any concerns
- Review and approve project designs, plans, and specifications

Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in marine construction projects, including ports, wharves, and offshore structures
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Knowledge of construction laws, regulations, and best practices in the marine industry
- Certification in project management is a plus
