Construction Manager - FITOUT

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Construction Manager specializing in Fitout projects to oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Job Responsibility:
1. Manage and supervise construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating activities.
2. Oversee the selection and hiring of subcontractors and labor, as well as manage relationships with vendors and suppliers.
3. Monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
4. Prepare and manage project budgets, track expenses, and report on financial status to stakeholders.
5. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
6. Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.
7. Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of all project activities.

Candidate Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
2. Proven experience as a Construction Manager with a focus on Fitout projects.
3. Extensive knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
4. Strong leadership and project management skills.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
7. Certification in project management (PMP) is a plus.
