Construction Manager

Job Summary:
Construction managers oversee and coordinate various construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and up to quality standards.

Job Responsibility:
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction projects from conception to completion.
- Communicate effectively with clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure the project's success.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety guidelines, and other regulations.
- Resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the construction process.
- Conduct regular inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
- Provide leadership and guidance to construction teams.

Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field.
- Proven experience as a construction manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
