COMMERCIAL MANAGER - PROJECTS

Summary:
BK Gulf LLC is looking to recruit experienced Commercial Manager, who will be responsible for overseeing commercial activities for our Data Center & MEP projects, driving revenue growth, negotiating contracts, managing client relationships, and ensuring profitability.

Job Responsibility:
1. Develop and implement commercial strategies to maximize project profitability.
2. Review and negotiate contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
3. Monitor project budgets, costs, and expenses to ensure financial targets are met.
4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify business opportunities and trends.
5. Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects within budget.
6. Manage relationships with key stakeholders and ensure customer satisfaction.
7. Provide guidance and support to the project team on commercial matters.

Candidate Requirements:
1. UAE/MOFA attested Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
2. Proven experience as a Commercial Manager in the Data Center and MEP industry.
3. In-depth knowledge of commercial negotiations, contracts, and project finances.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
6. Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
7. Strong leadership and team management skills.
