Civil Engineer (Interiors and Fitout experience)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Civil Engineer with experience in interiors and fitout projects to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the construction and renovation of interior spaces, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.

Job Responsibility:
- Plan, design, and oversee interior construction and fitout projects from conception to completion
- Conduct site visits to ensure work is progressing according to plans and specifications
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to determine project needs and requirements
- Prepare and review project budgets, schedules, and timelines
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution

Candidate Requirements:
- MOFA attested Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Proven experience in interior construction and fitout projects
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent project management and communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with various professionals
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Skills:
1. Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices
2. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software
3. Experience with interior fit-out projects and understanding of interior design principles
4. Ability to interpret architectural drawings and specifications
5. Knowledge of relevant building codes and regulations
6. Project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with clients, architects, and contractors
8. Problem-solving skills to address any issues that may arise during a project
9. Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work
10. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
