Job Description

Summary:
BK Gulf LLC is looking for dedicated Central Store Manager with extensive experience in MEP companies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and organizing centralized storage operations to ensure efficient material handling and availability.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement inventory control procedures to maintain optimal stock levels.
2. Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely material procurement and delivery to project sites.
3. Monitor stock levels and initiate reordering activities as needed to prevent shortages.
4. Supervise the receiving, inspection, and storage of incoming materials.
5. Lead and mentor a team of storekeepers and warehouse personnel to guarantee smooth operations.
6. Implement strategies to enhance inventory management practices and minimize waste.
7. Enforce compliance with safety regulations and company policies within the warehouse environment.

Candidate Requirements:
1. UAE/MOFA attested bachelor's degree in Engineering, MBA or similar field.
2. Proven track record as a Central Store Manager in MEP companies.
3. In-depth knowledge of inventory management best practices and supply chain processes.
4. Exceptional leadership abilities and organizational skills.
5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines.
6. Familiarity with warehouse operations regulations and standards.
7. Proficiency in utilizing inventory management software for efficient tracking and reporting.
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
