Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Carpenter Foreman specialized in Formworks to oversee and manage the construction of formwork structures. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of carpenters, ensuring the quality of formwork installations, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Job Responsibility:
1. Supervise and coordinate a team of carpenters in the construction of formwork structures.
2. Interpret blueprints and construction plans to execute formwork installations accurately.
3. Ensure that all formwork is built according to specifications and quality standards.
4. Monitor and maintain a safe working environment, adhering to all safety regulations.
5. Train and mentor carpenters on proper techniques and best practices for formwork construction.
6. Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project deadlines are met.
7. Troubleshoot any issues that arise during formwork construction and provide solutions in a timely manner.

Candidate Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Carpenter Foreman with expertise in formworks.
2. In-depth knowledge of formwork construction techniques, materials, and safety protocols.
3. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction plans, and technical drawings.
4. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
5. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
6. Physical stamina and dexterity to work in a construction environment.
7. Certification or training in carpentry and formwork construction is a plus.
