BIM Modeler

Summary:
As a BIM Modeler, you will be responsible for creating detailed 3D models using Building Information Modeling (BIM) software to support architectural and engineering projects.

Job Responsibility:
- Develop accurate and detailed BIM models based on project requirements
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the models meet design specifications
- Manage and update BIM models throughout the project lifecycle
- Conduct clash detection and resolve any conflicts in the BIM model
- Generate 2D drawings and documentation from the 3D BIM model
- Stay up-to-date with the latest BIM technology and best practices

Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience working with BIM software such as Revit, ArchiCAD, or AutoCAD Architecture
- Strong understanding of architectural and engineering design principles
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a collaborative team environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360.
