BIM Coordinator

Summary:
We are looking for a BIM Coordinator to oversee the implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes for construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating BIM models, facilitating collaboration between different stakeholders, and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of BIM workflows.

Job Responsibility:
- Develop and maintain BIM standards and protocols for project teams.
- Coordinate the creation, organization, and management of BIM models and data.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to integrate BIM into the project lifecycle.
- Conduct clash detection and coordinate resolutions in the BIM model.
- Provide training and support to team members on BIM software and processes.
- Ensure compliance with BIM requirements and project milestones.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in BIM technology.

Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in BIM coordination for construction projects.
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, or AutoCAD.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and building systems.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to analyze complex data.
- Certification in BIM management is a plus.

6. Experience in creating 3D models, implementing clash detection, and producing accurate quantity take-offs.
7. Knowledge of industry standards and best practices related to BIM implementation.
8. Ability to train and support team members in BIM software and processes.
9. Time management skills to meet project deadlines and deliverables efficiently.
10. Continuous learning and adaptation to new technologies and trends in the BIM field.
