Appointed Person

Job Responsibility:
- Conducting thorough risk assessments for lifting operations and ensuring all necessary permits are obtained.
- Developing detailed lift plans and method statements for each lifting activity.
- Coordinating with crane operators, riggers, and other personnel involved in lifting operations.
- Conducting regular inspections of lifting equipment and ensuring they are in proper working condition.
- Providing supervision and guidance during lifting operations to ensure safety and compliance.
- Keeping accurate records of all lifting activities and incidents for reporting purposes.

Candidate Requirements:
- Certification as an Appointed Person for lifting operations.
- Extensive experience in planning and supervising lifting activities in the construction industry.
- In-depth knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices related to lifting operations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
