HSE MANAGER - DATA CENTER

Summary:
As an HSE Manager for a data center, you will be responsible for overseeing health, safety, and environmental initiatives within the data center facility to ensure compliance with regulations and promote a safe working environment for all employees.

Job Responsibility:
- Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies and procedures specific to a data center setting.
- Conduct risk assessments and inspections to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Manage emergency response plans and drills to ensure preparedness for any incidents.
- Coordinate with external agencies and authorities for compliance with HSE regulations and certifications.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on HSE best practices and procedures.
- Investigate accidents and incidents, and prepare reports with recommendations for preventive measures.
- Monitor and analyze HSE performance indicators and implement improvements where necessary.

Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HSE Manager in a data center or similar high-risk environment.
- In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations and standards applicable to data center operations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively train and motivate employees.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with various stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications such as NEBOSH, OSHA, or ISO 45001 would be advantageous.
